when are Htc windows 7 phone gonna be launch in India (especially HTC Mozart)?

when are htc windows 7 phone gonna be launch in India..its been long since its has been launched outside india and i really dont understand why they arent launching it
i am a htc lover though my last phone htc touch 2 has severe freezing issues but i love the way it works//i mean the software…
can anyone plz help me with its release date in india…so that i can convince myself how many more days i have to wait and keep my wishes in a box!
