Find your model of phone and click on the “get software” link. This will open a new window.

Step 4

Click on the download links for the upgrade software and for the software manual. Clicking on each will open up a new download window.

Step 5

Select the option to download each file, when prompted to do so.

Step 6

Use your phone/computer link cable to link your computer to your phone after the downloads have completed.

Step 7

Read the instructions manual and then run the upgrade software. Follow the instructions given in the software upgrade program.
